Volvo is taking a big step towards electrifying the future with the Volvo XC40 Recharge. As Volvo’s first pure electric vehicle, the XC40 Recharge is part of the company’s goal to produce 50% pure electric vehicles by 2025. This is leading to the ultimate aspiration to achieve climate neutralization by 2040, merely 19 years from now.

Team Volvo Raised $10,000 for Meals on Wheels Atlanta

Volvo Cars of Marietta was honored to participate in an Atlanta area program which helped Meals on Wheels Atlanta provide 2,500 meals to seniors considered amongst the most vulnerable during the COVID pandemic.
 
A portion of the sale from this summer’s Atlanta area new Volvo sales was used to fund this amazing effort.  Our General Manager, Michael Gerbick, is shown here presenting a $10,000 check to Gary Shell, Chief Financial Officer with Meals on Wheels Atlanta.
